In a few short years, Anastasia has already earned more global experience than many in hospitality industry will see in their careers. After graduating in the top 5% of her class at Moscow State University, she went on to work in Strategy and Development for the Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow developing attraction and retention strategy. She then moved to Dubai to join Training and Quality Assurance Department at the Shangri-La Hotel, where she worked on improving employees performance and guest satisfaction. Anastasia has also consulted for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. helping them develop their strategy for expansion into China.

She went on to get her first Master’s degree in International Business from HULT Business School in London in 2015, and then decided to pursue her second master’s in Finance with HULT in Boston, specializing in accounting.

She founded the charity “Road to Life” in 2012 in Moscow, which to-date has helped provide educational services to over 300+ children with learning disabilities. Anastasia is fluent in English, Russian, Arabic and French, and is working on her Hebrew and Italian.

Favorite Food:  It must be because I spent time in London, but I LOVE a really good curry.  
Favorite Drink:  A great red wine...though I do enjoy a good vodka!
Hidden Talent:  I can eat raw chili peppers and cut raw onions without crying.
