Caleb is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, and has spent the last 15 years building brands and developing 360-degree marketing campaigns. Caleb has led fully integrated teams across a wide array of categories, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Entertainment, Technology and Healthcare. He started his career working on brands like Dannon, Lea & Perrins, Campbell’s Soup, Pace Salsa, Prego Sauces and V8 Beverages. Caleb has also worked with technology brands like Dell and C Spire wireless and more recently with Tyson Foods and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained and a well versed processes optimization guru.
But Caleb’s passion for food and hospitality started well before his marketing career, growing up as part of his family’s restaurant business. He’s spent time working in almost every front and back-of-house role, including a good amount of time on the line. Caleb is extremely excited to be building brands in the hospitality industry again, and leading the development of some of the most interesting and innovative concepts in the category for SHIFT.
Caleb is also passionate about giving back, and has worked with several award-winning non-profit groups, including the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation and the Partnership for a Healthier America’s Drink Up initiative, led by former First Lady Michelle Obama.
